During the week of the Haunted Hustle, The Volunteer Coordinator, Missy, will email all Course Support Station volunteers to give you updated information and answer any questions you have. On race day, the Course Support Station Coordinator will bring your shirts and all of your supplies to your Station location 30-45 minutes before the race starts. The Coordinator will have a two-way radio and will give one to each Station so you can reach them if you need assistance. You should arrive at your location at the times listed below so you have time to setup, Please plan accordingly. The Coordinator will check you in so we have an accurate record of your volunteer hours, for those who are raising money for a non-profit.

Course Support Station Volunteers will hand out cups of water, Gatorade and in some locations, bananas, crackers and Swedish Fish. The cups should be filled 2/3 full. Hold the cup in the palm of your hand and hold it out for runners to grab as they run past you. Yell out “water” or “Gatorade” so the runners can decide what they want. If you have food at your station, let the runners know as well. Do not block the path of the runners but stay close enough that they do not have to jump over curbs to get to you. Runners will drop their cups on the ground when they are done, you should rake the cups up and place in trash bags. Click on maps below to enlarge.
Your team of 5 will be stationed on Lynn St at the end of Graber Rd. You will see runners from 9:30 am – 12:30 pm. Park your car anywhere that does not have safety cones in the road.
Your team of 4 will be stationed in Orchid Heights Park on Park Trail. You will see runners from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
Your team of 3 will be stationed on Airport Rd at the end of Pleasant View Rd. You will see runners from 10:30 am – 12:30 pm. You can park in the park parking lot.
Your team of 4 will be stationed on the Pheasant Branch Trail off Deming Way. You will see runners from 9:45 am – 11:30 am. Park your car in the Spectrum Brands parking lot at 3001 Deming Way.
