Crossing Guards will be located at various intersections on the course that need additional support to keep runners pointed in the right direction and to make vehicles aware of runners. Runners do not stop at stop signs so it is important that the Crossing Guards use their safety flags to warn drivers to wait until the runners have passed before proceeding.
